# Bookings and calendar

> Find, manage and follow up on every booking — and plan your departures in the calendar.

Everything to do with your bookings is gathered here: the list where every booking ends up, the booking card where you change, reschedule and refund, and the calendar where you plan departures and see which guests are coming.

## How it fits together

* An **experience** has one or more **time slots** — the dates and times when it runs.
* A **booking** always belongs to a time slot and contains one or more tickets.
* The calendar shows the time slots. The booking list shows the bookings. Both take you to the same booking card.
